Last September 2024 we visited our good friends James and Debbie in Tennessee. We took a ride to Sycamore Shoals State Park and I shot this photo of the beautiful scenery with my drone.
James and Debbie are both artists and own a gallery in the town of Jonesborough, Tennessee. In addition to displaying their works and hosting shows of other local artists and James teaches painting workshops at the gallery.
During one of his recent workshops, James used my photo as the basis for the students to paint from. This is the painting that James made from the photo.
